I would imagine that penalties for these offenders who either are customers for sex or labor dont exist at all or they are not enforced. I heard a story about a female trafficking victim who was put in jail for two years for prostitution and was also penalized for being illegal, while her captors received no punishment at all. WHY is this? We need HARSHER penalties and would almost consider pushing for castration of sex offenders.
